In honor of Mother’s Day, and to celebrate the first ever World Ovarian Cancer Day, Memorial Hermann partnered with Sunny 99.1, Fox 26 and the Houston Chronicle to host a special online video talk show event designed just for mothers and daughters on May 8, 2013.

Hosted by Sunny 99.1's Dana Tyson, the online video talk show hosted by Google+ Hangouts on Air featured experts in detecting and treating breast and ovarian cancers. Online participants heard from cancer survivors and got an up-close look at the latest technology for detecting breast cancer, 3-D Tomosynthesis.
