Breastfeeding Essentials Online E-Class

The Essentials of Breastfeeding Course provides you with information and tips to support your breastfeeding goals. You will have videos and interactive activities that will guide you through each section of the course. A breastfeeding tool kit with downloadable resources is also included. You are able to take your time and complete the course at your own pace. The course covers a variety of topics, including:

• Health Benefits of Breastfeeding
• Importance of Skin to Skin and Rooming in while in the Hospital
• How Your Body Works to Make Milk
• Breastfeeding Skills such as the 3Cs, Positioning and Latch
• What to Expect in the First Weeks
• Common Concerns

After registering, you will receive an email with instructions on how to enroll in the course and receive immediate access. After enrolling you will have access to the course for one year.
